Mariusz Cichon, Sports Therapist And Personal Trainer
I run Sculpt Your Physique Midlands, known as SYP Coventry, from Keresley End in north Coventry. My job is simple: help people get out of pain, move better and build a body that lasts.
I saw too many people bounce between a massage therapist, a physio and a personal trainer, with nobody joining the dots. So I built SYP to do all of it in one place. The same person who assesses your injury is the one who treats it, rehabs it and then trains you to be stronger than before.
